A few months ago I noticed a large increase in SMS Spam. I am not a SMS fan and use it only to communicate with near and dear ones when a phone call is not required or not possible. So at most a few SMSes a week or on hectic days about 3 or 4 messages. Then I started seeing 12 or more SMS messages waiting for me daily! And all of them SPAM! Ranging from Life Insurance, Credit Cards, Ringtone Downloads, useless Cricket News, to Stock Tips!
One day I noticed SMSes from somebody or something calling itself Vimal Stocks. A veritable flood of useless messages. At first I was very irritated and started selecting the messages for mass deletion. But something stopped me and I decided to take a look before deleting. After reading a few I decided to capture the messages and post them here. Unfortunately I forgot all about the screen captures and the images languished on my phone for 3 months 
I found them last weekend when I changed the flash card and decided to post them anyway. Better late than never.
Note the tall claims made by this entity. Earn 30K in the month of Nov by investing only 10K! 100% return. I hope none of my readers were taken in.

these people are absolute cheaters. They give half calls to BUY & half calls to SELL. This way they manipulate the market. One of my friend’s friend has worked with them. Also, this i came to know later on after i had paid 13200 for intrajackpot service. They only have big stocks RIL, HDFC, GRASIM, BHEL, SBI etc. In these stocks your brokerage is much more compared to the profits.
My sincere suggestion : “do not get enrolled with Vimal Stocks”. They don’t respect their customers as well. They talk very sweeet before taking payment & then start insulting when asked for refund by talking as “tera mobile number bata, baad mein main teri baat sunta hoon”. This was said to me by Ravi Shah who is telecaller.

I think there some mis understanding on your side….To be frank i have completely different experience of Vimal stocks. I have subscribed for Delivery, with the help of them i have earned good profits. and recently i have given them 12 months subscription to gather. Believe me or not but they are fantastic with Delivery calls.
I had problem with late sms, there customer care were quick to response and they sorted me problem of late sms.
so, i dont know why u guys are Opposing them……
I would say try them they also provide free trial first and then ask for enrolment.

i am regular subscriber of vimal stocks and in every scheme i am joining them.but my only complain is they are only giving me few messages.i am always waiting for their messages so that i can earn more profit.they are perfect in stock market advisory companies. dont do blind trading but study their calls and rules then trade.

I loosed 4.9 lacs in Vimal platinum tip.They claimed the charge of 40, 000rs & promised me after my subscribtion they courier a written agreement. They misguided me to sell 10 lots of jindalsteel.i know this is not going to help me, but this is for you all, who might be tempted to enroll with VIMALSTOCKS.COM
this company claims only their calls went positive. they will never reveal their past performance with negative calls. they give update to avoid stop loss and then after the stock goes negative by 8-10 % they will simply sms EXIT. in just 3 days of their tips 2 went positive(2.5%) and 2 went horrifically negative(8-10%), overall i lost 480, 000 in one week. and at the end of the day in my other mobile they claim heavy profit making claims(which they use to claim it since one month, and so i got tempted) and no loss making history.
there helpdesk, customer care will be vanish after your payment they treat you as a unknown person, you just feel helpless in the mid of desert without guide. . when their calls go wrong they even dont pick salesline no. neither they reply on messsenger.

i too processing to complain to SEBI. SINCE THERE IS NO GUARANTEE IN STOCK MKT. DARSHAN IS A TOP MOST PENNY FRAUD BASTARD. JUST VIEW CONSUMER COMPLAINT.
