Friday, April 8, 2011 We will travel to Delhi by the Mumbai Rajdhani and spend a full week there. My brother-in-law lives in Gurgaon and we will stay with him. The kids have never visited Delhi and I have big plans to show them around – Red Fort, Humayun’s Tomb, Rajpath, India Gate, Jantan Mantar, [...] I have a presentation to a high level Indian Army official tomorrow morning at New Delhi. I will catch the 7 am flight to Delhi along with Ravindra, a Senior Divisional Director at Rolta, Rathi & Satish both of whom are ex-army officers. The presentation should be over by lunch time and I will go [...] I am in an autorickshaw heading to the International Airport to catch an Emirates Airlines flight to Dubai. On the Western Express Highway I noticed a mercedes bearing the Emirates logo beside my auto. I peeked in and saw a Lady and a Gentleman in uniform – presumably our pilots. I thought no more about [...] I am on my way to the Mumbai International Airport to catch the Jet Airways flight to Dubai. My client is in Abu Dhabi but I chose to fly into Dubai as it is the month of Ramjan and Abu Dhabi is the more conservative of the two. I will arrive at 10 pm IST, [...] |
