Lord Jeffrey Archer visited Hyderabad and spoke at the two Landmark stores on Nov 8 & 9 followed by a book signing. I had seen news reports about this the previous week but had dismissed them as my father was to be admitted to Apollo Hospital on Nov 8 for his Total Knee Replacement surgery. I use that side of the road while returning home and it is normally dark at the time. We arrived in Kolkata early this morning from New Jalpaiguri, returning from our visit to Gangtok.
